Why does success elude most?
Something that almost all of the people I ever come in contact with want is success. And for most that means something very simple.
1. Having a rewarding job that you love.
2. Having enough money such that you never have to think about it.
3. Having wonderful relationships with family and friends
4. Having your health
If you can check these off your list, then you are doing phenomenal! But as the title says, having these come true for many is not commonplace. Why?
I believe it has to do with the incorrect application of Be Do Have. What this means is in order to Have something you must first Be something. Most of us get stuck in the Do part of the formula and never take the time to Be, which ironically is the most important part.
This information is not new, in fact the wisest people have talked about this for centuries. That, your thoughts are the basis for your life experience, and in order to have what you want, you must focus your attention on it almost to the exclusion of anything else.
Do you know what you want to Be?
Answering this question will move you one step closer to the having part listed above. It’s simply a choice or not to Do whatever it takes such that the image of what you want to Be comes true. Here’s some great news, when you are in tune with what you really want to Be, there will be SO many modes of assistance that the Universe provides to help you get there.
In this living breathing organism called life, growth and expansion are two of the guiding principles. So it is in the benefit of Nature to help you along your way. People, circumstances, and events will work in your favor. Things that you never foresaw will come into your life and give you a boost. Trust me on this one…
But, you have to give something too, you have to commit your time, dedicate your energy and do the necessary steps to move you to realizing your goals. So chose what you absolutely love to do such that putting in the time and effort seems wonderful. Nobody became successful doing something that made them miserable, in fact that a fast paced ticket to mediocity.
Instead, take the time, ask yourself;
1. What you love out of life?
2. How can you contribute?
3. What unique talents do you have?
4. If you could lead a tribe, what would your mission be?
Success is about living a life that you can look back on and ask yourself
“How much joy did I feel?”
So start today, reach out to someone who can help, start with what you know, and begin a journey through life that you will never regret.
Reflect Love.
