4. How do I become a Re-seller?

5. How do I place a custom order?

We are happy to customize an affirmation for your organization with a minimum order of 12 pieces that can be mixed and matched. For rates and lead times, please email customorder@reflectmylife.com.

8. What is your return policy?

Our return policy is very easy and convenient. To us, our customer’s happiness is the #1 priority. For details, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

9. How are products shipped?

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow 7 days for domestic shipping. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $50, otherwise rates are calculated based on weight and ship to locations.

International Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Please allow 7-15 days for international shipping. International shipping is calculated based on weight and ship to locations.

10. Why am I not receiving my Success Notes?

Some carriers default to a short code block on your service. To remove this simply text the word ‘help’ to 25827 and you should receive the help text back in about a minute. If that doesn’t solve the problem, send an e-mail to notes@reflectmylife.com and we’ll troublshoot further.
