Reflect LLC. values the privacy of their customers, users, visitors, and others (known collectively or individually as “users”).

1. Information Collection and Use

• Reflect LLC. does not require that you register in order to view its products. Registration is required to use certain interactive features such as ordering.
• When you register, we ask for information such as your name, email address, and other personally-identifying information (“Personal Information”). When you register with Reflect LLC. and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

• Reflect LLC. is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Reflect LLC. does not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information online from children under the age of 13.
• If Reflect LLC. learns that personally identifiable information of persons less than 13 years of age has been collected on Reflect LLC. without verified parental consent, then Reflect LLC. will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.

2. Information Sharing and Disclosure

• Reflect LLC. does not rent, sell, or share Personal Information with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
  • We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Reflect LLC. under confidentiality agreements. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

• Keep in mind that any personal information, or comments that you voluntarily disclose on the Website, for example on comment pages, or on the blog forums, becomes publicly available. Your account name is displayed to other Users when you send and/or post messages through the Website.

3. Cookies and Web Beacons

• Reflect LLC. may set and access Reflect LLC. cookies on your computer. You may disable these cookies within your browser, but some portions of the Website may require that your Reflect LLC. cookies be enabled.

5. Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information

• You can edit your Reflect LLC. account information at any time by visiting your account profile page.
• We reserve the right to use your Personal Information in order to send you certain communications relating to the Reflect LLC. service, such as service announcements, and administrative messages, that are considered part of your Reflect LLC. account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
• You can deactivate your Reflect LLC. account at any time by canceling your account on the account profile page.

6. International Users

If you are a User accessing the Website from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Website, which is governed by U.S. law, you will be transferring your Personal Information into the United States and you consent to that transfer.
